Hi everybody! 

Well today it’s March 20, therefore the first day of spring in Europe, And I’m going to speak about something very important that is generally done in spring.

Something that everyone should do and which helps progress more quickly in the art of dreaming. Well, what should be done normally in spring, is a great spring cleaning. And regarding the art of dreaming, it is above all a cleansing of the digestive tract.  Because this part of the body is extremely important to be in the best possible conditions for  dreaming.  If the belly is swollen, congested, stressed. Well it's going to be very difficult to have a good quality of sleep. And therefore, it will be very difficult to remember your dreams. 

Sometimes people stopped to dream because they have problems in the digestive tract, which is full of matters. A lot of matters that are old that are sometimes compacted. 

So, this was known a long time ago. And in ancient civilizations, even in present-day religions, it is advised to use body cleansing techniques especially in spring time.  

I will not go into the details regarding these techniques, since this is not the purpose of this channel. And I invite you to explore other references on this topic.  So these techniques consists in fasting, and cleaning the bowels with enemas or colonics. I invite you to read the Laure Goldbright: Témoignage sur les Bienfaits de l’hygiène intestinale (also available in spanish and in Italian) an interesting little book which explains how all that can be done and what you can do to improve the condition of this part of your body. This will allow you to move forward in the art of dreaming. 

Well, now, I'll come back to the topic of dreams.  So, well interestingly your dreams will guide you in the cleansing process. They will show you  when there are some problems in the digestive system. When the small intestine and the colon begin to clutter, the body will begin to feel discomfort that you may not consciously notice. But as soon as this process takes place, the body will start sending to the brain through dreams at night (and through other channels during the day) some information about this uncomfortable condition.                        

This is when you can have these kinds of dreams. For example you can dream that you wear pants, which have a big stain here on the belly area. You can start dreaming that you need to go to the toilet, but that you have problems finding toilets. These dreams can last for a long long time. You can dream that you’re walking in big buildings with lots of corridors trying to find toilets that you never find. Or when you find them, the toilets are occupied!                         or, the door does not close. So you can see that dreams' theme of toilets showing up very often for the people who have, or who begin to have problems of congestion in this area of the body. 

Other kinds of dreams may also occur. For example, you can dream of seeing toilet bowls that are cluttered with a lot of things,for example: toys, clothes, and other things that you will see in the toilet bowls in your dreams. You can also dream of clogged sinks. You can dream that you’re walking in the mud or in feces. It happens quite often. And all these dreams are warnings that it's time to do something, it's time to act in order to            to clean the body and improve this situation.
